How do I get a quote?+
Call (602) 904-0453. We arrange a visit, measure your rooms, check the subfloor, talk through hardwood, engineered wood, SPC or carpet options room by room, and leave a written quote — no pressure to decide on the spot.
Where are you located?+
2 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004, in downtown Phoenix. We install across Phoenix and the nearby Valley areas listed on our Service Areas page.
What are your hours?+
Call (602) 904-0453 for current hours and to arrange a measuring visit at a time that suits you.
Which flooring do you install?+
Wooden flooring — hardwood and engineered wood — SPC rigid-core plank, and carpet. Those three families are the whole focus, including full installation: measuring, subfloor preparation, installation and trim.
Which floor is best for a Phoenix home on a concrete slab?+
It depends on the room and the slab's moisture readings. Engineered wood and SPC are the most slab-friendly choices; solid hardwood suits slabs that test dry with the right method; carpet works anywhere with the right pad. The measuring visit tests and matches the floor to the room honestly.
Do you handle just one room, or only whole houses?+
Both. A single bedroom of carpet or one kitchen of SPC is a normal job, and so is a whole-house project. The measuring visit covers exactly the rooms you want priced — no minimum-project games.
Can solid hardwood really work on a Phoenix concrete slab? (Hardwood Flooring)+
Sometimes — and the moisture test decides. Many Phoenix slabs test dry enough for glue-down solid or engineered-over-slab methods with the right moisture barrier; some do not, and on those we will recommend engineered wood or SPC instead of selling you a floor that will cup. We test first and tell you which case your home is.
How long does a hardwood installation take? (Hardwood Flooring)+
Acclimation comes first — the wood rests in your home before installation. The install itself runs from a couple of days for a few rooms to about a week for a whole house, plus curing time if the floor is site-finished. Your written quote includes the schedule, room by room, before you commit.
Is engineered wood real wood? (Engineered Wood Flooring)+
Yes — the surface you see and touch is genuine hardwood. The difference is below the surface: instead of one solid plank, layered plies run in alternating directions, which makes the plank far more stable on concrete slabs and in dry desert air.
Can engineered wood be refinished? (Engineered Wood Flooring)+
Quality lines with a 3–4mm wear layer can be sanded and refinished, usually once or twice. Thin-veneer products (1–2mm) cannot. That is why we state the wear-layer thickness in your quote — it is the single biggest difference between engineered floors that look identical in a photo.
Is SPC really waterproof? (SPC Flooring)+
The plank itself, yes — the stone-composite core cannot absorb water, swell or warp. Water can still travel through seams to the subfloor in a true flood, which is why installation quality and perimeter sealing in wet rooms matter; for everyday spills, leaks and pet accidents, SPC is as close to worry-free as flooring gets.
SPC or hardwood — how do I decide? (SPC Flooring)+
Choose hardwood or engineered wood for the feel, prestige and refinishing future of real wood in living areas and bedrooms. Choose SPC where water, pets, kids or tenants are part of life — kitchens, baths, entries, rentals. Many Phoenix homes use both, and the quote can price a mixed plan room by room.
Which carpet fiber is best for a Phoenix family home? (Carpet Flooring)+
For stairs and family rooms, nylon's resilience is hard to beat. For bedrooms, modern polyester gives the softest feel and excellent stain resistance for the money. Homes with dogs often split it: nylon or triexta in traffic zones, polyester in bedrooms. We will ask about your household and recommend per room, not per sales target.
Why does the pad matter so much? (Carpet Flooring)+
The pad is the carpet's foundation. Too soft or too light, and the carpet flexes against the floor until its backing breaks down — the carpet wears out years early and feels tired long before that. A firm, dense pad makes mid-range carpet feel premium and last; the pad spec is written into your quote for exactly that reason.
Do I have to install flooring in the whole house at once? (Flooring Installation)+
No — phasing is normal and often smart. Do the failed or most-used rooms first and the rest later; your quote is priced room by room so phasing costs you nothing in clarity. At measuring we will rank your rooms honestly by need.
What should I do before installation day? (Flooring Installation)+
Clear small items, electronics and fragile pieces from the rooms being floored, and decide on furniture: moving can be included in your quote or handled by you. We confirm the plan — including pets, access and working hours — in writing before the day, and the crew protects the rest of the home while work runs.
